Our guided tour unveils Joshua Tree’s most awe-inspiring, often-overlooked spots. Stand along the edge of the North American Plate, overlooking hundreds of miles of desert terrain stretching toward Mexico. You’ll explore iconic locations known for their massive, photogenic boulders.
The journey begins in historic Yucca Valley, gateway to Joshua Tree’s Mojave Desert. We stop at Cap Rock, where prospector Johnny Lang famously struck gold. Here, you’ll see an impressive rock balancing effortlessly on towering granite formations.
About 1 hour is also spent off the vehicle for optional walks and photo opportunities in some of the most iconic locations inside the Park.
Don’t be surprised to spot rock climbers suspended over the immense formations known as Inselbergs. !
