See the Park Highlights:

Our guided tour unveils Joshua Tree’s most awe-inspiring, often-overlooked spots. Stand along the edge of the North American Plate, overlooking hundreds of miles of desert terrain stretching toward Mexico. You’ll explore iconic locations known for their massive, photogenic boulders.

The journey begins in historic Yucca Valley, gateway to Joshua Tree’s Mojave Desert. We stop at Cap Rock, where prospector Johnny Lang famously struck gold. Here, you’ll see an impressive rock balancing effortlessly on towering granite formations.

Don’t be surprised to spot rock climbers suspended over the immense formations known as Inselbergs.

Optional Walks:

Our tour includes optional walks. One of these is a 1-mile stroll through Hidden Valley, where maze-like canyons branch off unexpectedly, enticing adventurous walkers. This area showcases stunning “Monzogranite” formations, over 20 million years old, alongside the famous Joshua Trees.

Can’t walk a mile? No worries! Many guests prefer to sit back and take in the quiet beauty. Benches are scattered throughout, inviting you to relax and explore at your pace.

Be sure to return to the Hummer in time for our final breathtaking stop. This overlook sits nearly as high as the Grand Canyon’s rim, offering spectacular views for your last photos and a chance to stretch your legs.

On a clear day, the view extends to the Salton Sea—and even as far as Mexico!
